As we are approaching the end of the school year, PFA is planning for 8th grade graduation. This year has been a challenge for all of us and keeping everything in mind, we are still not in a state of having in person graduation ceremony for kids. Based on a survey run in Nov 2020, 80% of the parents who voted said yes to the virtual event.
PFA is looking for a minimum donation of $50 (per student) to make a give a gift set for students that would include
A virtual ceremony
A T-shirt
A yard sign
A Certificate
Please remember all of this is possible only with your help and donations. We will be needing volunteers for distribution of the packet towards the end; various other activities between now and Jun to get ready for the virtual ceremony.Â
How to Contribute?
We have 2 options for parents to send their donations as described below. Please send us your donations by Feb 25th, so that we can plan everything.
Option 1: PayPal (Preferred)
Parents can donate $50 for 8th grade promotion to Hopkins PFA using this link paypal.me/HopkinsPFA Please make sure to add the following information in the Paypal notes so we can keep track of funds:

Option 2: Personal Check
If you are planning to donate via personal check, please mention 8th grade promotion/student name in the memo section of the check. Make it payable to "William Hopkins PFA" You mail this $50 check at the following address:
